Clean room, I truly enjoyed the hotel!
The location was exceptionally nice and excellent - 300 metres away from Anne of Cleves House. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. I ate at a good restaurant at hotel good food.

Hotel staff resolved unexpected situation by arranging alternative accommodation in the same region. Room upgrade for extra 10 euro offered larger space and balcony with view. Manager/owner was friendly and apologetic upon arrival. Breakfast for 7 euros included unlimited bottled water. Complimentary coffee and cigarettes provided when room wasn't ready.

During my recent stay at Hotel-Restaurant Babylon, I was delighted with the location. It was conveniently situated in a charming town, allowing me to explore the area effortlessly. The room itself was clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay.
I should mention that there were a couple of drawbacks. The showerhead in the bathroom could have used some decalcification, and the towels provided were a bit rough.

The hotel's surrounding area is quite nice, with a few things to see and do nearby. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable. the service was below average, with unhelpful and unprofessional staff. the breakfast was disappointing, with limited choices and poor quality food.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like a proper reception area, bar, or restaurant which were advertised.

The staff was accommodating and helpful in solving unexpected situations wonderfully. They arranged another hotel nearby where we could stay, which was great. the room was clean and the town had a good atmosphere.
The accommodation was not as advertised, as there was no bar, restaurant or reception area. We had to wait outside in the cold upon check-in, and the radiators were barely warm and left us feeling cold.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful during my business trip. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the location was perfect for my needs. The view from the balcony was a nice touch, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room.
While the room was clean, it did feel a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. The bed was a little too hard for my liking and the pillows were slightly lumpy.
